Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A permit holder
shall complete the drawing of a standard lottery within 14 days of the
closing date of the lottery, unless the Commission authorises a longer time
period in the permit for that lottery.
(2) Where under
section 104(3) of the Act the Commission permits a permit holder to
postpone the closing date of a standard lottery, the permit holder shall cause
the new closing date to be made available to the public using the means by
which notification of winners is to take place.
