GAMING AND WAGERING COMMISSION REGULATIONS 1988 - REG 39

39 .         Amusements with prizes at agricultural shows etc., matters prescribed for (Act s. 107(4))

                For the purposes of section 107(4) —

            (a)         the amount paid for a chance to win a prize shall not exceed $5; and

            (b)         no money prize shall be distributed or offered of an amount exceeding $50.
