out any work in connection with sewerage or drainage on any property or in
connection with any fitting or apparatus connected therewith unless he is duly
licensed as a “Licensed Water Supply and Sanitary Plumber” by the
Minister of Water Supply. Sewerage and Drainage in accordance with the
by‑laws made pursuant to the Country Towns Sewerage Act 1948 .
