supply and sanitary plumber shall execute any work he undertakes with
reasonable despatch and if, by unnecessary delay in carrying out work, he
causes inconvenience to the public or the local authority then the local
authority may request the Minister of Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage to
suspend or cancel the license of that licensed water supply and sanitary
plumber.
