laid and every fitting or apparatus connected therewith shall be fitted in the
position shown on the drainage plan or as directed by the local authority. As
far as possible all drains shall be laid in straight lines; where changes of
direction occur they shall be made —
(a) by
oblique junction;
(b) by
suitable curved pipes, with inspection opening;
(c) by a
suitably curved pipe, with an inspection opening on each straight pipe next
adjoining the curve; or
(d) in
inspection chambers.
