HOME BUILDING CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 1992 - REG 5

5 .         Home indemnity insurance maximum excess

                A policy of insurance under Part 3A of the Act may provide for an amount of $500 or a lesser amount for which the insurer is not liable on a claim under the policy.
