         Health (Immunisation by Local Governments) Regulations 2000


1.       Citation


                  These regulations may be cited as the Health
       (Immunisation by Local Governments) Regulations 2000.

2.       Prescribed diseases under Section 340


                  The diseases to which section 340 of the Act applies are
       those listed in the Table to this regulation.

3.       Repeal


                  The Health (Immunisation by Local Authorities)
