Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A hairdresser may
perform hairdressing procedures in the private residence of a customer in a
room which is not used for the storage, preparation or consumption of food.
(2) Where hairdressing
procedures are carried out in accordance with subregulation (1),
regulations 4 (excluding paragraph (c)), 5, 7, and 17 do not apply.
