Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations For the purposes of
these regulations, the Executive Director, Public Health may approve as a
disinfecting solution, a solution that is of an equivalent or greater
disinfecting strength to a solution referred to in paragraph (a), (b),
(c) or (d) of the definition of “disinfecting solution” in
regulation 3.
