use a clean towel or other protective device about the neck of a customer to
prevent hair from falling inside the clothing and the outer wrapping or
coverall shall be placed around the shoulders of the customer so as not to
come in contact with the skin of the neck, and shall be fastened with a safety
pin or other device at the back.
