Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The occupier of
premises shall ensure that every water closet and hand basin on the premises
when in use has an adequate supply of water.
(2) The occupier of
premises shall —
(a)
maintain all work and services, fixtures, fittings and mechanisms that form
part of or are appurtenant to sanitary conveniences or to bathroom or laundry
facilities on those premises in good condition and available for use;
(b)
maintain all sanitary conveniences and all works, fixtures, fittings, pipes
and drains on those premises in a clean condition.
