Officer may transfer any public hospital patient to a home for the aged or
infirm if he considers such transfer necessary, and provided the home
receiving such patient is better equipped for dealing with such patient.
The Principal Medical
Officer may transfer any inmate of a home for the aged and infirm to any
public hospital, if he considers such transfer necessary, and provided such
public hospital has special facilities or equipment for treating such inmate.
