Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The clerk at a
pre‑trial conference may —
(a)
order that a party must provide additional information by disclosing documents
relevant to the case;
(b)
order that a party must permit the inspection of real or personal property;
(c)
order that a party must provide additional information by answering
interrogatories; or
(d)
order a party to reply to a notice to admit facts.
(2) The clerk may give
an order under subregulation (1) if the clerk is satisfied that, given
the complexity or the exceptional nature of the case, the order is necessary
for the just hearing and determination of the case.
