Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If the Registrar
grants an application for registration, the Registrar is to cause a
certificate of registration in an approved form to be issued to the applicant.
(2) An industrial
agent may, by notice in writing given to the Registrar and accompanied by the
relevant certificate, surrender the certificate of registration.
