INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE AGREEMENTS) REGULATIONS 2002 - REG 39

39 .         Classes prescribed

                The classes of persons who may act for the purposes of section 97UM(2)(b) of the Act are those who have reached the age of 18 years and —

            (a)         are relatives of; or

            (b)         have a close personal relationship with,

                the employee.
