Section 97XT(4) does not include the inspection of protected information
that is recorded in the register kept under that section.
(2) In
subregulation (1) —
protected information means —
(a) the
address of a person who is or has been a represented person or a
representative;
(b) a
certificate referred to in section 97WW(3) of the Act; and
(c) any
information relating to the disability, medical condition or medical history
of a person who is or has been a represented person.
