in Court Session makes —
(a) a
General Order under section 50 of the Act; or
(b) an
order under section 51F of the Act,
that, under section
23(2)(b) of the Act, applies in substitution for, or in addition to any Act
specified in the order, the Registrar is, as soon as practicable after the
making of the order, to give notice of the order in the Industrial Gazette
and, in 2 consecutive weeks, in a newspaper having circulation throughout
the State.
