Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Where under the
Act a person intends to intervene or, as the case may be, intends to seek
leave to intervene in any proceedings before the Commission, the person must
give notice accordingly to the Commission and to the parties to those
proceedings.
(2) Where practicable,
a notice under subregulation (1) —
(a) must
be in writing;
(b) must
be given not less than 2 days before the day on which the intervener
intends to appear in those proceedings; and
(c) must
state the grounds on which intervention is made or intended.
