Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Where in any
particular case the provisions of the Act and these regulations do not make
any or adequate provision for a procedure to be followed and there is no
established practice or usage of the Commission or where a difficulty arises
or doubt exists as to the procedure to be followed, the Commission may give
such directions with respect to the procedure to be followed as it considers
necessary.
(2) Directions under
this regulation are to be directed to providing a speedy and inexpensive
determination of the proceedings and are to be consistent with these
regulations.
(3) Practice notes in
relation to any matter or class of matters that are prepared by the Commission
and published in the required manner become effective 14 days after the date
of publication.
