Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) An application to
vary the area of operation or the scope of an award must have attached to it a
statement of —
(a) the
persons whom the applicant seeks to affect by the proposed variation; and
(b) the
grounds on which the application is made.
(2) Subject to
subregulation (1), regulation 48 applies with such modifications as
may be necessary to an application to vary the area of operation or the scope
of an award.
