Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A person making
use of the 50 tonne weighbridges at Wyndham shall pay the fee set out in
Schedule 1.
(2) A person making
use of the weighbridge outside of normal working hours shall pay the wages of
the operator, in addition to the fees prescribed by subregulation (1).
(3) Where
multi‑unit vehicles are weighed, under this regulation, each unit shall
be weighed separately and a ticket issued for each unit.
