Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Where any person or
persons by the foregoing regulations or any of them are required to do or
perform any act or thing, and any such act or thing remains undone, the
Minister for Transport or the Department may cause the same to be performed,
and charge the cost and expenses against such person or persons, and the
amount thereof may be recovered as a debt due to the Crown in any court of
competent jurisdiction.
