Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Full wharfage dues
one way only shall be payable on cargo for transhipment if landed on a jetty,
but if passed overside from one vessel to another for conveyance to
destination, or temporarily, the wharfage dues shall be those set out in
Schedule 1; in both cases handling and haulage charges shall be payable
as per rates shown for other cargo, according to the services rendered in each
case.
