Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations The cost over and
above the ordinary cost of day work, of all labour and supervision, etc.,
employed during any hours, not being working hours as above defined, or on
holidays, shall be paid for by the vessel in addition to the usual charges.
The extra cost of lighting a shed or berth to enable a vessel to work during
any hours, not being working hours, or on holidays as aforesaid, shall also be
paid by the vessel.
