Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations The master or agent of
a vessel shall immediately report the arrival of the vessel at any jetty to
the officer in charge and make all arrangements for the discharge and receipt
of cargo in accordance with these regulations, and such vessel shall not leave
the jetty until all charges have been paid in accordance with these
regulations.
