JETTIES REGULATIONS 1940 - REG 53A

53A .         Fees for rubbish removal

                The fees (if any) payable for removal of rubbish by the Department are as set out —

            (a)         for a jetty at a place outside the Port of Perth, in Schedule 1;

            (b)         for a jetty in the Port of Perth, in Schedule 2.
