Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Where the Minister or
chief executive officer requires a person to whom a licence has been granted
or assigned under these regulations to remove or amend a pipeline on the
expiration of the licence that person if he neglects or fails to comply in all
respects with the direction, is guilty of an offence against these
regulations.
