Western Australian Consolidated Regulations The master of every
vessel arriving shall deliver at the office of the officer in charge, prior to
commencing to discharge cargo, a true, legible, and complete copy of the
manifest of the said vessel, certified to by himself as being true and
complete, and shall also furnish within 48 hours a certified statement of
all alterations (if any) which may be made in such manifest by reason of
re‑measurement of goods included therein or otherwise. In the event of a
vessel not discharging any cargo, a “Nil” manifest must be
furnished.
