95A .         Application for use of slipway

            (a)         All applications for the use of the slipway shall be made by the owner or master of the vessel, in writing in the Form 3 set out in Schedule 3, and he shall be bound by the conditions and schedule of charges.

            (b)         The priority for the use of the slipway shall be determined by the regional coordinator (designated under regulation 95) having the management and control of the slipway who shall have authority to grant or refuse any application.
