                      Kalbarri Water Reserve Order 2007


1.    Citation

            This order is the Kalbarri Water Reserve Order 2007.

2.    Commencement


            This order comes into operation as follows:
      (a)   clauses 1 and 2 - on the day on which this order is published
             in the Gazette;
      (b)   the rest of the clauses - on the day after that day.

3.    Kalbarri Water Reserve boundary altered


            The boundary of the Kalbarri Water Reserve is altered so that
       the boundary is as shown bordered ???? on the Department of Water
       plan WRC 3144 and as outlined by means of coordinates annexed to that
       plan.

4.    Information plan of the Kalbarri Water Reserve


            The former boundary of the Kalbarri Water Reserve, described as
       the "Old boundary of Kalbarri Water Reserve", and the boundary of the
       Kalbarri Water Reserve as altered by this order, described as the
       "Boundary of Kalbarri Water Reserve", are shown for information
       purposes in the plan in Schedule 1.
