Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If you have made a
claim against a party and that party has, in its response, offered to settle
the whole or part of your claim, you may accept that offer, or any part of the
offer, by lodging and serving a notice of acceptance on the party at any time
before the case is listed for pre‑trial conference.
(2) The notice of
acceptance must be in the approved form.
