9 .         Delegation to Registrar — s. 25

                The Board may delegate to the Registrar under section 25 any function of the Board under the following sections — 

            (a)         section 142;

            (b)         section 143(a) or (b);

            (c)         section 146;

            (d)         section 203(2).
