METROPOLITAN HEALTH SERVICE BY-LAWS 2008 - REG 16

16 .         Restriction on removal of infringement notices

                A person must not remove an infringement notice that is attached to a vehicle unless the person is —

            (a)         the driver, registered owner or person in charge of the vehicle; or

            (b)         an authorised person.

        Penalty: a fine of $50.
