Western Australian Consolidated Regulations For the purposes of
section 41(1)(a) of the Act, there shall be paid —
(a) to a
female person, not being a police officer or medical practitioner, who
searches another female person under section 13 or 23, or under a search
warrant granted under section 14 or 24, of the Act a fee of $1.50 per
search; and
(b) to a
medical practitioner who attends for the purpose of searching a person under
section 13 or 23, or under a search warrant granted under section 14
or 24, of the Act a fee of —
(i)
$35.50 per attendance on a public holiday, or between
5.00 p.m. on a Friday and 9.00 a.m. on the following Monday, or during the
period between 5.00 p.m. on any day and 9.00 a.m. on the following day; and
(ii)
$28.00 per attendance at any time other than a time
referred to in subparagraph (i).
