MARKETING OF POTATOES REGULATIONS 1987 - REG 69

69 .         Persons may deal with the Corporation through Agents

                It shall be sufficient compliance with a requirement of the Act or these regulations if a person who is required to apply to or deal with the Corporation applies to or deals with an agent authorised to act on behalf of the Corporation.
