Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The Director may,
at the request of an owner of negatives of aerial photography or a contractor,
classify information referred to in regulation 120Q(d), (e) or (f) that
relates to particular aerial photography as confidential for a period not
exceeding 5 years from the date on which the aerial photography concerned
was undertaken.
(2) Despite
regulation 120R(3) and (4), information that is classified as
confidential under subregulation (1) shall not be made available to the
public during the period that it is so classified.
