Western Australian Consolidated Regulations For the purposes of
section 48(c), the limit on the amount of earth, soil, rock, stone, fluid
or mineral bearing substances which may be excavated, extracted or removed
during the period for which the licence remains in force is 500 tonnes in
total, and the excavation, extraction or removal of a larger tonnage, without
the Minister’s written approval, shall render the licence liable to
forfeiture.
