Western Australian Consolidated Regulations For the purposes
of section 70J(c), the limit on the amount of land, earth, soil, rock,
stone, fluid or mineral bearing substance which may be excavated, extracted or
removed during the period for which the retention licence remains in force is
1 000 tonnes in total, and the excavation, extraction or removal of
a larger tonnage, without the Minister’s written approval, renders the
licence liable to forfeiture.
