Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations In addition to the
conditions contained in section 82 of the Act it shall be a condition of
every mining lease that all holes, pits, trenches and other disturbances to
the surface of the land made whilst mining which in the opinion of an
environmental officer are likely to endanger the safety of any person or
animal will be filled in or otherwise made safe to the satisfaction of the
environmental officer.
