Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If a person marks
out land as a mining tenement in accordance with these regulations but fails
to lodge an application therefor within the prescribed time he shall not be at
liberty to mark out any portion of the same land within 21 days from the
date of the first marking out.
(2) A person who, by
himself or in collusion with any other person, causes anything to be done with
the intent of defeating the terms of subregulation (1) commits an
offence.
