Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If, as a result of
a reversion licence application, a mining tenement (the reversion licence ) is
granted in respect of part of the land the subject of an application for a
mining lease (the lease application ), the applicant for the mining lease
shall, in the manner provided for in regulation 59, mark out the land
that remains the subject of the lease application as soon as practicable after
the reversion licence is granted.
(2) A person who
contravenes subregulation (1) commits an offence.
