regulation 86, no royalty is payable on rock sold by Central Norseman
Gold Corporation Ltd to the department principally assisting the Minister to
whom the administration of the Main Roads Act 1930 is committed in the
administration of that Act, where that rock is to be used in the upgrading of
the Norseman section of the Eyre Highway.
