Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The Director
General of Mines may cause mining statistics to be compiled from mining
information as defined in regulation 96(1).
(2) Mining statistics
are to be compiled in such a way that, so far as is practicable, information
in respect of a particular person or mining operation cannot be ascertained.
(3) The Director
General of Mines may cause mining statistics to be published in any manner
that the Director General of Mines considers appropriate.
