MOORING REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 19

19 .         Maintenance of mooring

                A mooring licensee must maintain any mooring on a mooring site specified in the mooring licence —

            (a)         in the position assigned by the Director General; and

            (b)         in a condition of good repair.

        Penalty: $2 000.
