Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A person must not,
in relation to an application under regulation 6(1), provide information
in written or oral form that the person knows, or could reasonably be expected
to know, to be —
(a)
false or misleading in a material particular; or
(b)
likely to deceive in a material way.
(2) A person who has
obtained the Commissioner’s approval under regulation 7 must not
contravene or fail to comply with a condition set out in, or provided with,
the notification of the approval.
Penalty: $40.
