MINES SAFETY AND INSPECTION REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 10.2

10.2 .         Term used: flame safety lamp plan

                In this Division — 

        flame safety lamp plan , in relation to an underground coal mine, means the plan prepared for that mine under regulation 10.7.
