MINES SAFETY AND INSPECTION REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 10.49

10.49 .         Flame proofing of diesel engines in underground coal mines

                Each responsible person at an underground coal mine must ensure that no diesel engine is used underground in the mine unless it conforms with AS 3584.

        Penalty: See regulation 17.1.
