Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A decision of the
majority of members at a meeting of the Board at which a quorum is present is
the decision of the Board.
(2) If the votes of
members present at a meeting are equally divided, the chairperson is to have a
casting vote in addition to a deliberative vote.
