(2) The Corporation
may require a person supplying water for the purposes of
shipping —
(a) to
arrange to the satisfaction of the Corporation for the accurate measurement of
the quantity supplied to any vessel; and
(b) to
permit a person authorised by the Corporation at all reasonable times to
inspect all accounts and equipment in connection with water so supplied and
the measurement of that water.
