                    Northcliffe Catchment Area Order 2007


1.    Citation


            This order is the Northcliffe Catchment Area Order 2007.

2.    Commencement


            This order comes into operation as follows:
      (a)   clauses 1 and 2 - on the day on which this order is published
             in the Gazette;
      (b)   the rest of the clauses - on the day after that day.

3.    Northcliffe Catchment Area constituted and defined


            A catchment area called the Northcliffe Catchment Area is
       constituted and the boundary of that area is defined as being the
       boundary as shown on the Department of Water plan WRC 3228 and as
       outlined by means of coordinates annexed to that plan.

4.    Information plan of the Northcliffe Catchment Area


            The boundary of the Northcliffe Catchment Area as constituted
       and defined by this order is shown for information purposes in the
       plan in Schedule 1.
